Regal Parc offers a wide selection of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes designed to fit a variety of lifestyles. These floor plans feature spacious interiors with large living areas, separate breakfast spaces, and more! Each home includes designer finishes and well-appointed kitchens with full appliance packages available in white or stainless steel, along with quartz or faux‑granite countertops. Whether you prefer a one-bedroom retreat, a roomy two-bedroom, or a generous three-bedroom layout, Regal Parc provides thoughtfully crafted floor plans to meet your needs.
Regal Parc welcomes your furry friends! Our community features an on-site dog park, giving your pets a fun and convenient place to play. We use PetScreening to register pets, which helps us keep the community enjoyable and well-maintained for all residents. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions may apply. Be sure to review our pet policies and register your pet with our office before welcoming home your furry friend. Call for more details!

Leasing & Application Process

You can easily apply online through our website or visit our leasing office. Applications typically require a fee, proof of income, and a valid photo ID. Start your application to receive a personalized quote and secure your favorite floor plan.
Applicants are required to earn at least three times the monthly base rent. Additional factors such as credit, rental history, and background checks are also reviewed.
Yes, all applicants undergo standard credit, criminal, and rental history screenings.
Most applications are processed within 24- 48 hours once all documentation is received. Submit all required documents for the quickest turnaround.
Yes! We offer short-term leases to accommodate life’s changing needs, with terms ranging from 4 to 15 months.
Yes, our Damage Waiver Program is required at our community. Personal Property coverage is not required, but we highly recommend obtaining to cover your personal belongings. Please contact the office for more details.

Pricing, Fees & Deposits

We offer both traditional security deposits and flexible deposit alternatives through Jetty. After you complete a quick qualification process, you can choose the option that best fits your budget and move‑in needs. You can review our holding deposit charge by using the “Calculate My Costs” tool on our floorplan tab! Deposit amounts can vary.

At Regal Parc, we’re transparent about pricing and fees. All fees and services are clearly detailed in the Community Fee Guide including requirements, and option add-ons so that you know exactly what to expect. Pet Policy

Absolutely! We roll out the green carpet for pets! Regal Parc welcomes pets with a dog park that’s perfect for playtime and exercise! We also have pet stop stations throughout our community and in lush landscaped courtyards.

Regal Parc does not currently offer EV charging stations on site, but City Hall is right next door where you can conveniently charge your vehicle.

Paying rent is simple and convenient! Use our secure resident portal with your bank account, debit or credit card, or, if you prefer, submit an eMoney order at select payment locations. Contact our leasing office for details.
Stay connected at Regal Parc with our online resident portal. The resident portal is designed to streamline communication and account management. Residents can use it to pay rent, submit service requests, track maintenance, view charges, and receive important community updates. Download the app to manage everything from your phone.
Love where you live? Renew at Regal Parc in a few clicks. Renewal offers are sent at least 90 days before lease end. Have additional questions? Give us a call, or stop by the leasing office.

Move-in / Move-out

Move‑in dates vary based on availability and the completion of your application. When you apply, we’ll gladly help you choose a move‑in date that fits your timing and makes your transition smooth.
On move-in day, everything will be ready for you! Once your rental application is approved, we send a detailed welcome email with your new address and a move-in preparation guide so that you may ensure utilities are set up, required payments and all necessary information is submitted to the community in order to ensure a smooth and stress-free move.
We hope you never leave, but if you must, a 60‑day written notice is required. To ensure a smooth transition for all, our team will provide detailed move‑out instructions, which may include a pre‑move‑out inspection, an overview of the check‑out process, and what to expect on your final move‑out statement. We also offer a convenient Express Move Out program for our residents, making your move out even easier. Be sure to ask our office team about pricing and program specifics!
